We need to collect personal data from you related to the recruitment process. For example, but not limited to, we will collect your: name and contact details, address details, nationality / work permit status, CV and all information contained within it. We will also collect your communications with us in the form of emails.
How your data is used by NBS
If you have applied to a job advert with your CV or registered your CV via our website or emailed us your CV, then it will be made available to our consultants. Your CV along with personal information that is collected by phone/emails will be provided to prospective employers as part of the recruitment process. We will also use your data to directly market roles to you as part of the recruitment process. If you are a client or prospective client of ours, we use your information to maintain our business relationship with you. As part of this, we may send you marketing information.
How long NBS retains your personal data
We retain your personal data indefinitely unless you withdraw your consent.
To withdraw consent
You have a right to withdraw your CV and personal information from NBS. To do this, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with UNSUBSCRIBE in the email header. Please provide your full name, contact information and a summary of the action you would like us to take.
Your other personal data rights
As well as being able to withdraw consent, you have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data that we hold, which will be provided to you in a machine readable form. Or you have the right to ask us to amend or delete your personal data. These rights may not always apply, e.g. if you ask us to delete information which we are required by law to keep or have a compelling legitimate interest in keeping. If this is the case then we will inform you when we reply to your request.
